PINBLOC heat sinks offer a broad set up of engineerial as well as thermal alternatives. Customer designed solutions may be designed within this circumstances. Customer designs guidelines: material: AL 99,5 % (DIN EN 1050 ) AlMgSi 0,5 (DIN EN 6060) copper base plate: max. 200 x 200 mm base: can be designed according to customer´s a variety of forms dimensions (round, rectangular, triangular, elements formed out backwards...) base thickness: > 1 mm evenness: <= 0,1 mm in Abhängigkeit der Grundfläche pin form: round, rectangular, fin, eliptical pin Ø > 1 mm pin height: 3 - 100 mm     Thermal measurements for every product. Please contact us and we will provide you with an adequate thermal measurement report with exactly documented measurement data. Furthermore we can provide our customers with approximative thermal figures. We work with different simulation and development tools.
